By using NZM Send, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

NZM Send connects shippers with carriers and provides delivery booking, tracking, fare calculation, and a goods/vehicle marketplace. We facilitate connections; the actual transport is performed by independent carriers/drivers.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when posting cargo, availability, or orders.
• Comply with Myanmar transport laws including vehicle weight limits.
• Do not post illegal, dangerous, or prohibited goods.
• Arrange and honour agreed prices with the matched party.

3. Pricing & Payment

Fare estimates are guidance only; final price is agreed between parties. Payment is made via KBZPay or as arranged. Win Global Ventures is not liable for payment disputes between users.

4. Liability

NZM Send is a connection platform. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay of goods during transport. Insurance, if any, is arranged separately.

5. Weight & Legal Limits

Users must observe government-approved weight limits (Motorcycle 30kg, Van 1,000kg, Small Truck 3,000kg, Large Truck 15,000kg). Overloading is the user's responsibility.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or post fraudulent information.
